• Most likely there was either a power/connection outage at the physical site, or the page may have timed out before the image finished loading.

• The camera is working. This just means that all of the lights are off in that room.
  (and most likely Skittles isn't in there... look for glowing eyes, that will be her)

• Your browser probably isn't letting you refresh.
• It also possible that Skittles hasn't moved. She tends to do that.

I don't see Skittles.

• Skittles has 3.5 favorite spots. We have cams on 2 of them. Sometimes Skittles likes to be alone with her thoughts and we respect that.
• Skittles loves to eat, so she might be at her food bowl, if there is food in it. She's only there long enough to finish it.
• Skittles likes to watch soap operas. If the TV behind the camis not on, she will be in the other room watching them. Sorry, but we just can't stop her.
• Skittles may also be asleep in her bed. No cameras are allowed in that area!

When is it best to watch for Skittles?

• Monday-Friday

12pm-1pm EST -  If mommy is there, it's time for Skittles to eat, at least she thinks so. She'll haunt the area until mommy gives her a treat.

Around 3pm EST - Another good time to watch. Skittles likes to watch the people passing by and the birds coming in for something to eat.

8pm-12am EST - Daddy is home and she can now keep an eye on both of her humans, while "taking a nap" at the same time of course.

• Saturday-Sunday

After 1pm EST - Both mommy and daddy should be up and Skittles does not have to keep going from room to room to check on her humans.
