King of the jungle, well at least of your house. Flattery will get you everywhere with one. They loved to be admired and adored. Ample petting is required. If not you will get a lap full of fur as they roll about until you give them what they want. Apparently these cats still think it is ancient Egypt and that they must be worshipped. It's ok to let them live in this fantasy, if you can meet their requirements.

A Leo cat carries himself (or herself) with great panache and simply ooze their animal magnetism. Quite the outgoing cats, they'll give almost anyone's leg a rub in the hopes of finding even more royal admiration. However, this can often lead to long trips home after "accidentally" making their way home with someone else.

If you cannot give them your full attention they will need their favorite royal placement in the house. They should be able to observe their kingdom,   preferably from a high and comfortable place. (Couch, desk, chair, or large pieces of furniture) Make sure this area is adequately fluffy and in the sunniest location. They tend to have their best day when given lots of sun time.

The face of depression reigns when it is a cold rainy winter day. Turn on the lights and the heat and you will see the worlds greatest transformation

These pets are wonderful with other pets and people as long as they are the leader of the group. They will then make sure everyone is taken care of and part of the group. They cannot tolerate anyone being left out.

Being that they are the the royalty in the house, they'll want only the best. No matter where or what it is, they will find it and there is no changing it. They reign supreme and there is no argument allowed.

These are city cats all the way and tend to do best indoors.
