These pets love their homes and family more than anything else. They tend to be the best watchers and protectors. They will protect their home from invaders. These pets would just love to sit at home and never leave. Trying to get them out for a walk or a trip can almost be considered "Mission Impossible." When it comes to traveling, it is probably best not to. These pets really prefer the home to anything.

Sometimes considered the best type of pet for a child, these pets will nurture anything they can. If children are not available, you may want to invest in soft and cuddly toys for this pet. Otherwise, it could be you that gets the nurturing. They'll stick to you like Velcro. These pets like to be with you no matter where you are. Independent is not a word that comes to mind when you think of a cancer pet.

Security is very important in a Cancer cat's life. Because of this, they tend to be very territorial and will rarely stray away from home. CAn't find your pet? Try the front entrance. These pets are always "on guard." Females of this sign tend to be very maternal and will usually have large litters.

This pet loves to eat, and sometimes don't know when to stop. Obesity can become a problem if proper habits aren't introduced. These guys love to horde things. They collect. Don't let them see you throw any of their things away. They could get upset with you for giving away something they "own."
