Post Holiday Rain

It started raining here last night. It has not stopped. We will need to start building a boat soon. I know grandma and grandpa had floods in the area last year and a few years before, but it never reached the house. I'm hoping they won't have to worry about that anymore, but it just won't stop raining today.

The ride up here was pretty boring. I tried sleeping but the roads in a certain state were so bad that I gave up until we crossed the state line. Initially I thought I was being taken to the vet, so I yelled a lot in the car for the first hour. I remembered the ride to the vet being a lot shorter, so I figured I was safe.

I've been driving mommy crazy at night. I am staying upstairs (I broke something expensive the last time I was downstairs and haven't been back down since) and I get bored after a while. I've been sleeping all day and stay up all night. I play with everything in the rooms and mommy is not amused. At least I have the internet now.

OK, I'm going to knock on the downstairs door until someone gets me some milk and then take a nap. Night Diary.
