Busy little bee

I've been a busy bee. Hopefully in the next week or two, you'll know why. I've been keeping busy sleeping when we are having thunderstorms.

Today is the first day we didn't have anything happen, even though we were supposed to get some rain! The lizards are outside and I think they are actually frolicking! Have you ever seen a lizard frolic? I hadn't until today. All of the baby blue jays have grown up though.

I spent most of the day sleeping in the kitchen. I have discovered the perfect spot. It is the spot where the air conditioning vent reaches the ground. A breeze of cool air right through my fur.

No one has had any ice cream for weeks and I don't know if I can take it. How can they not have ice cream? Don't they know that I need ice cream at least once a week? It is summer after all. I wonder if I can make it myself.

I think I am going to go and sit by a picture of the kids. That way, maybe someone will think I really, really want them to come over and maybe they will bring ice cream with them. I won't know until I try.
