Made it

We made it but not without problems. Mommy and daddy say they will never ever rent a truck from Budget ever again. I won't go into it anymore than that because if mommy ever reads my diary, it will probably bring back bad memories!

We are living around where Nannie and Grandpa live! Today I caught my first lizard as a present. My cousins discovered it first though. I guess they thought it was gross because it was gone before Nannie got home. I wanted to let Nannie know that I really was a good hunter and not just a sneaky ice cream seeker.

I think I'm gaining weight. I've been sneaking food a lot lately. I'm not complaining, but I think maybe I should do a little more hunting to get some exercise, just so I don't get wide around my tummy.

Speaking of sneaking food, I almost got to eat a big piece of roast today but I was caught too soon. I don't know how, but someone always seems to hear me when I jump on the counter. Since when do humans have super sensitive hearing?

Well, I was told that I get to go looking for lizards again tomorrow. I need to rest up. I didn't get any sleep today. Night diary.
