A surprise visit

They didn't tell me that it would be Auntie Nita and Uncle John checking on me! I'm so excited. Auntie Nita always sneaks me little treats here and there. Oh yummy! I love it when they come. Yippee! I wonder if she's going to bring me ice cream.

Ooh, that would be even better. There is always a little tiny bit left in the bowl. I like to help do the ice cream dishes. I am very good at helping around the house, but my best work is in the kitchen with bowls and plates. I am also pretty good at cleaning spoons too.

The main camera is down for software upgrades or something like that. I really should pay more attention to mommy and daddy when they are talking. I think it's in my genes that I don't pay too much attention to them. I just get really focused on my goal and don't pay attention to anything that is going on in my surroundings. Do other cats have this same problem or is it just me? I think I just need heavier doses of catnip. That should solve all of my problems. Do they make catnip tea for cats? I could drink it slightly warm, with a big splash of milk! I would absolutely love that.

I kind of miss mommy and daddy. I can't annoy auntie Nita and uncle John like I can mommy and daddy. That's not fun. I hope they come home soon. Then if they are all here, I can get treats from Nita and I can drive mommy crazy for food all day and night. I would be so happy!

Well, I think I'm going to go to sleep now. Since mommy isn't around, I'll just sleep in my bed and be bored. Night Diary.
