A not so busy kitty's life

Things have been quite busy in the Skittles' household. Well, at least it seems that way. Mommy has been working a whole lot and daddy too. I've mostly been sleeping. No, really, I have hardly done much lately. It is hot outside, so mommy has finally turned on the air conditioning. That means I can lay bye the window and watch the birds. They too are busy working hard. Busy, busy, busy, that seems to be the theme. Luckily not for me.

I have developed a new strategy for gaining mommy's attention in the middle of the night. Play with tin boxes so they make lots of noises. So far it has proved to work quite well. I will of course have to extend my studies to other types of objects. Oh if only we had a piano here. My nannie has a piano. I could keep mommy and daddy awake for hours, while they shower me with food. Yummy.

Mommy made a few changes with the main camera. You may notice that you now appear to see from above my spot. That is because you do. Mommy moved the camera up so that you could see the whole area, and not just a straight line across my spot. It's much neater this way.

I felt pretty darn frisky this evening. It's the first time in a few days. Maybe it was seeing all of the groceries. I saw some pudding. Mommy got some pudding. She didn't eat any, but I'll be sure to get some when she does. I did a lot of imaginary attacks, and kitty Olympics. Those are of course, the best kind of Olympics.

Well, I think I shall get to bed. I do need my beauty sleep you know! Night Diary.
