Skittles' Diary

My Dearest Diary,Gone Daddy Gone
March 26, 2001

Talk about your icky bad days. Today was definitely one of them. It was cold and windy and cold. Daddy left for work extra early. He completely threw me off of my sleep schedule. At least he remembered to feed me. I'm very happy about that. Mommy went to the store and didn't get me anything for a surprise. I've forgiven her.

Daddy worked late tonight. He had to go back to work again. He'll probably come home while I'm asleep. Then he has to go to work early again. I'm never going to get to see him. What is a poor little kitty to do?

Mommy is still working on some stuff for the site. She's having me go over some stuff with her. She had to reload her machine. She got a whole bunch of new hardware for her computer and to make it all work and to make her happy, she just reloaded her computer. It's pretty darn fast now too. I almost don't recognize it. At least she kept the keyboard. One day I'm going to take a picture of mommy's keyboard and show you just what I have to work with. It's been painted and is all different colors. Mommy's monitor used to be painted all different colors until she got a new one. I think she ran out of paint and that is why she hasn't done the new one. I like it the way it is. Nice, warm and clean.

This restriction thing has been pretty serious. I did manage to get a few of the Pounce Dental Treats but that is only because mommy said my breath was stinky. It was only because I had just finished eating. What did she expect? I didn't eat anything with mint in it or anything.

Tomorrow is Aunt Tonya's birthday. She's probably going to be an old lady. No, actually I think mommy said she's still in her twenties. That's not old. Is it? I'll be four in a few months. I'm a big kitty! Even if everyone always says, "She's so tiny" I'll take tiny any day. It is good for my self esteem.

Well, since daddy isn't going to be home until late. I'm going to bed. Night Diary.
