Pizza for all
November 26, 2000
Oh man, what a day.
Mommy slept completely through the night, no one squished me in my sleep, man it was great. Mommy and daddy went out and did some shopping, and they brought back some pizza! It was so great. I could smell it. Then mommy "dropped" a little cheese on the floor and I went nuts. I imagine I had a lot to do with her dropping it on the floor. Mainly my lunging at her trying to get some. It's been so long since I've had pizza. I couldn't contain my excitement.
It rained all day, and all night. I think they said it snowed some, but we were all asleep when it did that. We slept in. I mainly hounded mommy and daddy for food. That didn't work. Mommy just talked to me funny and told me that she wasn't "giving in." Sure mom, I believe you. You always give in to me. Just like my cute little face in front of the monitor. She just had to give me some of that pudding. I love fat free vanilla! Yummy.
I heard more talk of cleaning up. I'll never understand that idea. Good grooming, ok, but why would you want to clean up your surroundings? It just makes it more fun to play in. Like boxes and newspaper! If anyone wants to give their cats presents for the holidays, wrap up a box and a lid separately, and fill the box with newspapers. Cats will have a ball playing in it. Of course, don't force them. We cats don't like to be forced into doing things. As most of you cat lovers already know!
Well, I'm going to go now. Mommy said she's getting up kind of early. Some stuff to take care of apparently. I guess that means I'm getting up early with her. I always do. I have to keep an eye on her. Just incase she tries to eat something without me!
Night diary!
