My first Presidential Election
November 7, 2000
Fear runs wild through the halls of Skittlescam.com, fear of the outcome of this presidential race taking place in the United States of America. Mommy asked daddy if we could move depending on the outcome. Daddy thinks mommy is serious, so do I. We did our part and voted. It is a right and a privilege. It is not something to be taken lightly. Mommy always tells me this, and I think I believe it!
Mommy did lots of cleaning today. She also fed me out of my new auto feeder. That things is weird. I'm getting used to it, but I'm still a little cautious.
Some sad news came across my ears today. Pets.com is closing down. I really, really liked them. They had some of the best deals on everything. Mommy and I will be removing the links next week. We both looked and tried to find other sites that had the items that I've reviewed, but the only places we could find them had extremely high prices. We don't want to link to those sites, because it's not fair to have to pay high prices on those sorts of things. We can discuss this all later. I'm still a little upset.
I got some of that catnip paper today. I'm sorry to say I wasn't all to impressed by it. Apparently they put the equivalent of 1/4 of a pound of catnip concentrated into this paper. Well, it's so strong that I couldn't handle it. Maybe Gwennie, Dobie or Jinx would like it. They come individually wrapped, so maybe mommy can give them to the others.
Well, I'm going to get to sleep. I want to get to bed so I can stop worrying about the election. I'll think about fields of catnip until I fall asleep. Then maybe I'll dream about fields of catnip! Night Diary.
