Mommy got me fleas?

Mommy went out with Amanda and Alex today, something about antiques and fleas, and stuff. I sure hope mommy doesn't bring back any fleas! I have never had any, and I don't want any.

I hung out with daddy pretty much all day. He slept in a little after mommy left, so I bugged him until he decided to get up. He ate some breakfast, and of course I had whatever milk he neglected to finish drinking. Then daddy played Everquest all day. I think it relaxed him. Daddy needs a break sometimes.

Daddy fed me kind of early. Come to find out he went over to Amanda, Steve, Alex & Dobie's house. Want to know how I could tell? They came home with Dobie scent all over them! Mommy even had his hair on her. That means that they were petting him. I feel so... so... unwanted. Needless to say, I thought they didn't love me, because they were playing with another cat. Mommy of course reassured me, and daddy let me play with him the rest of the night while mommy was sleeping.

Ever since mommy got the chicken pox, she's been really tired or worn out. I'm glad I'll never get the chicken pox. Mommy and daddy take me to the vet once a year, sometimes twice, depending on how things are going, or if I need a booster. I was told I may have to get a shot or two this year, and then a booster. I don't like that, but then again, daddy always buys me toys when I get shots. I just whimper or cry while I am getting it, and then he feels all sad for me. I'm learning how to do these things. Mommy isn't so difficult. When mommy takes me, she takes me. I think she is trying to teach me that I can't always get something for doing something that needs to be done. Ah, I still like it when daddy takes me. I like toys and treats!

Oh, and before I forget, I wanted to say hi to Pete, Greg and Al Plail and Mulligan Cat, from the UK! They signed my guestbook this morning! That was very nice of them. And Nannie signed it, Aunt Gina signed, and Sandi from USA signed it too! Thanks everyone! I'm glad people are noticing me, and visiting! I really appreciate it!

Well, It's been a long boring day, so I think I will go to bed now. Toodles Diary!
