Sipping the iced tea

I have discovered a new resting place. It is under the table. It is quite cool down there. Besides that it gives me a great spot to attack my unsuspecting humans. I am a bad little kitty!

I munched on some grass today. I like that mommy and daddy got me some. It's not cat grass, just regular grass. It's like being outside, but without my harness on!

Mommy has been cleaning and rearranging. She's been on a spree or something like that. I'm not sure.

I tried to open the front door again. Mommy said she heard me while she was outside. I've got to work on that. I am too noisy. They need to put a handle on all of the doors for me, so I can open them. That would be neat!

Mommy says I can talk to Nanny tomorrow. She's going to call her. She already talked to her when Nanny got back from her mommy's, but I was asleep so I didn't get to talk to her. I love talking on the phone. My mommy thinks it just a stage. I don't care.

We washed clothes today. I played in the clothes baskets and did cute things. Mommy laughed and called me silly. I can't help it. I'm a comedian at heart I guess! I like sitting on top of the washing machine, especially on spin cycle. It feels weird. Mommy will never let me inside. She says it a bad thing, and no one should ever do it. It's dangerous and it's very mean. I guess she really doesn't want me inside!

I haven't watched my soaps in so long. I usually watch One Life to Live and sometimes General Hospital. Mommy usually keeps it on that channel, so when I want to watch, all I have to do is push the power button. Mommy has kept me so busy that I am either too tired to watch, or just not able to watch! Oh, and yes, I can turn the TV on when I want to. Mommy said it was ok, and I used to do it all the time! I did watch some Drew Carey though. He's funny.

I'm going to see if Daddy wants to watch a bird show with me tonight. I can get him to watch once a week usually. I feel like watching a bird show. It's relaxing and intriguing at the same time. The Discovery Channel, The Learning Channel and Animal Planet are my 3 favorite channels. I sometimes watch Nickelodeon, so I know what my cousins are watching, plus they are fun to watch sometimes.

Mommy just told me a little while ago that I won an award! She said that the people at www.allcam.com thought my site good, and that I was cute. I try to be just me. Funny thing though, we didn't even try to win the award. Mommy just got an email that said we were the editor's choice! Neat! And then also this week we got an email from someone from www.crazyforkitties.com would like me to be their star of the week sometime! Wowsers! We were just trying to set up links, and all of this stuff starts happening. Not bad for being at our own domain for less than 2 weeks.

Daddy is working late tomorrow, so he is going to go in late. He said something about changing or assigning new IP addresses. I'm not sure, I was half asleep. That kind of stinks. It's a Friday night and he has to work late. I guess it's girls night then. Mommy is going to work on her website. She has quite a few websites to work on now I guess. She does the graphics and stuff for my website, everything for her own, and a couple for other businesses, and she still does graphic work for the GNHLUG people. They are already working on their next business show. I hope they do it closer to home this time. That way mommy and daddy can come home afterwards, and not have to stay in a hotel, without me!

Iced tea. It's an interesting concept. I don't find the taste revolting either. I bugged mommy for some to try, and she finally gave me some in hopes that I wouldn't like it. Too bad for her, I loved it! I asked for more, but instead she drank it fast and said, "There it's all gone now." That wasn't nice, but Daddy said it wasn't good for me anyway. I only wanted some because no one had anything with milk in it today, so I didn't get to sneak some while they were turned around. I'll get some tomorrow. They can't go 2 days without drinking milk, can they?

I think I will surf the web a little more and head to bed. Mommy put on new sheets, and I think I'll go play under them after I finish surfing! Till next time diary!
